We have bought three condominiums in downtown Los Angeles with her help as well as renting one of them. All of these purchases have been great deals for us and they would not have happened without her astute assistance. All were odd and difficult transactions. One was a short sale, one unit was bulked and flipped and the building in which we were buying, had a high percentage of HOA delinquencies. Each created mortgage financing issues and required unique arrangements. Roxanna was on top of each one, finding ways to make each transaction happen.
